Our traditional fermented mash goes through a mechanical process designed by Hugo Restrepo & Cia to extract part of its water to achieve a paste that is concentrated. It contains salt for its preservation and vinegar to guarantee its PH stability and optimal fermentation.
Natural flavor and long shelf life. Concentrated which helps save time in the preparation of recipes and optimizes the storage of a product that is natural, has no additives, occupies minimum space and requires no refrigeration. All our varieties are available in this technology and are sold in small packs accessible for the small restaurants as well as for bigger industries in both cases for a variety of culinary applications
